Welcome to WINK!
We’re so glad you’re here
Welcome to WINK (Women I Need to Know) Collaborative —a space where women connect, share their stories, learn about female founded start ups and help each other thrive professionally and personally.
We’ve built this podcast around one core idea: Women need to know women like you. Each week, we sit down with extraordinary women to share their insights, what they wish they knew at the starting line, and the networks that have helped them along the way. It's more than just a conversation—it's an opportunity to connect, collaborate, and inspire our audience.

Maggie Kent
CO-FOUNDER
Maggie is the woman who says what everyone else is thinking—raw, unfiltered, and hilarious—amplifying the silent glances in the room and never shying away from the truth.
With over 15 years in the workforce, Maggie has built an ironclad network of powerhouse women - that she believes, every woman needs to know. That belief led her to launch WINK Collaborative alongside her co-founder, Amelia Taylor, a platform dedicated to connecting women and building a no-BS, career-propelling network.
At WINK, the conversations are real, direct, and refreshingly candid. No pretentious corporate jargon—just honest talk about relationships, failures, and the unspoken realities of navigating career and life. The women who listen aren’t just tuning in; they’re joining a movement—one that tells them they are worthy of investment, opportunity, and a seat at the damn table.
"The innovation, knowledge, and network that our WINK community perpetuates is nothing short of amazing," Maggie says. "Our listeners need to know that they are worthy of the investment, and the generosity and willingness of our guests is the reason we can share life-changing insights and bold connections without constraints."
WINK —it’s a call to action. A platform where women of every stage, experience level, and ambition can connect, learn, and build something unstoppable—together.
