We started WINK (Women I Need to Know) to create a supportive community where women can connect, share advice, and grow personally and professionally. We recognize the unique challenges women face and aim to foster a space where they can find camaraderie. By facilitating these connections, they hope to inspire personal growth, build resilience, and promote a sense of belonging, ultimately enhancing the overall well-being of women. 

We built the WINK podcast around one core idea: Women need to know women like you. Each week, we sit down with extraordinary women from a range of industries to share their insights, what they wish they knew at the starting line, and the networks that have helped them along the way. It's more than just a conversation—it's an opportunity to connect, collaborate, and inspire our audience.

We come from rich professional backgrounds in content marketing and merchandising, with experience at leading companies. We balance our dynamic careers with our families, and in true WINK fashion, we’re just as likely to discuss our favorite meals best consumed over the kitchen sink as we are the art of career growth. Our goal is to bring our audience along for a journey of both laughter and learning.
